Dear All,
We are desperately looking for 7 runners to take part in the British 10k on the 12th July 2009.  It’s a brilliant run through central London following much of the 2012 Olympic Marathon route and a great way to get fit and raise some funds for charity.  To sign up we are asking participants to pay a deposit of £35 and to raise a minimum of only £100 for Acorns (reduced due to short notice)!!!  So please get involved!

New for September 2009 is the Acorns Midnight Walk - a 10km* sponsored walk around Birmingham city centre taking in the sights of St Paul’s Square, the Jewellery Quarter, Bullring and Centenary Square.  Join hundreds of mothers, daughters, friends and colleagues walking for fun, in celebration of a life or in memory of a loved one.
