This year the ladies 6 stage road relays will be held on 20^th March at Sutton Park, and I’m seeking willing volunteers to join us to run! I am hoping to get 3/4 teams out.

I know many of you will be marathon training at the moment, but this is a great opportunity to inject some speed into your legs, represent the club and also gain valuable grand prix points!

For those that are new to the club, or those that have been with us a while but are looking to try something new, why not join us for the road relays? Each team compromises of 6 runners, each running a leg of approximately 3 miles. All members are more than welcome to come and join us, regardless of your perceived ability! It’s a fantastic event enjoyed by everyone involved and is a great day out.
