This annual point to point race,organised by Colwyn Bay AC, is run between Llandudno and Colwyn Bay.Race HQ is at the Colwyn Bay Leisure Centre(excellent changing,shower and catering facilities)and buses were provided,if required,to take runners to the Start.

The Race started at 1pm prompt.I started quite well,but partially `ran out of steam`climbing up the Little Orme! However,once the climb was behind me I ran reasonably well to cross the Finishing Line in a time of 00:47:30.Second in my age category.A scenic coastal run,and worth the journey to N Wales.But not necessarily a Course for pbs!
