Bournville Harriers proudly present the 7th Annual Club Celebration & Awards Evening to be held at the Rowheath Pavilion, Heath Road, Bournville on Friday 5th March 2010.
Over 100 members attended last year’s Awards evening and the BvH Committee would like to invite all members to attend as it promises to be another great social event and the chance to witness who has won the coveted Club awards.
There will be food, disco and many other activities including:
o Hot food buffet – the same caterers from the Xmas party (vegetarian option available)
o The BvH awards ceremony and presentations
o A review of 2009 in images
o An official awards programme
o Disco
o Licensed bar (until 11.00pm)
o Raffle & prizes
The cost of a ticket is £7.50, which is a fantastic offer and great value (Additional costs are being subsidised by Club funds). Family & friends are very welcome but there are a limited number of tickets available so please make sure you get them ASAP. The closing date for tickets is Monday 1st March.

We are offering a free prize draw of a free one year club membership for a current Club member who purchases tickets and attends the evening (the draw will be made on the night).
Doors open at 7.00pm and dinner will be served from 7.15 pm and the evening will finish at 12 midnight.
All members have the opportunity to be involved by voting for a number of the awards. Voting papers will be posted to every member in the following week highlighting the nominations for two of the club’s key awards as well as posted on the website.
