Lots of Grand Prix events at the start of the year so hopefully this will help with a special eye on the XCountry, Fradley 10k (PB opportunity) and the Relays in March.

I have included a Snow Session if we get some back!

Looking at the detail plan I can see that the availability of the NIA Indoor Track on a Thursday clashes with the last X Country Division races so I won't be planning a trip. The 25th February is still a possibility for those interested.

Cross country training continues through the spring and summer at Cofton Park, 8am, except when we're racing. Bring your spikes.

No training on Saturday 20th due to the road relays.
